What happened to some of the
Old Pals who served with us?

Fortunately some of those we remember
from 47 Regt. Royal Artillery and the
REME Workshops, stationed in
Napier Barracks, Dortmund
about 1957 - 1966 (or thereabouts)
have found us, and
their stories are presented here.

Dear John,

I Have Been Looking For a Site On 47 Regt RA on my sons computer for 3 years now just
found yours.
I was at Napier Barracks from March 59 toDec 60.
I was in BHQ Troop 4 Bty as a Driver/Operater - the Vehicle was a QL Bedford fitted out
as Command Post.
I have a few photos. Will send them at a later date when my son has time

All for now,

Mick Barker
